Preparatory meeting
Report from the Preparatory meeting held 27th-30th of October 2013 at the Fachschule für Land- und Forstwirtschaft Fürstenburg Burgeis/Mals, Italy. Present ware 12 nations: Austria, Estonia, Belgium, Germany, Hungary, Latvia, Norway, Romania, Slovenia, Sweden, The Netherlands.
During the meeting the IALC rules and the separated ESCFS rules were discussed and combined in one document.
